(26 weeks) Thursday 9/5/02 Lisa's Journal Entry: I went to UCONN again today. It's strange to be going into the "Labor and Delivery" section of the hospital now. But now that the babies are viable, they want me there in case I go into premature labor or incase they have to take the boys in an emergency. They give me pain medication now during the amnio reductions (instead of just the local anesthesia). You'd think I'd be used to the needles by now, but I'm not...I hate them. They only took out 1 and 1/2 liters - I wish it could have been more. Just so I can breathe. But the pocket around Joshua seems to be getting larger - I wonder if his bladder is working now. I'm scheduled for another reduction on Monday. I hope the boys can stay in me for at least another 4 weeks. I've been going to have massages every week since July and they really do me a world of good. Can't wait for my appointment tonight!! Lisa
