Hi everyone,

First let me thank all of you who responded with kind words last week to my mom while Jeffrey and I were in Wisconsin. As you all know, the surgery was not successful and although we were pretty disappointed, we did learn a lot about my health and how to keep it stable to help the boys for the remainder of this pregnancy.

Jeffrey and I have just been completely overwhelmed and touched by the outpouring of love and support and generousity from you all. We cant begin to thank you or express our love to you.

I am on strict bedrest until the babies are born. They are hoping I can get through another 4 weeks at least before they have to deliver the babes. I wont be able to respond to my email as much as I used to cuz it’s pretty hard to sit up these days at the computer. So if you do email me and I don’t respond…it’s not that I’m ignoring it…it might take me a little time to get back to you.

Again, thank you everyone for your prayers and help during this time. Jeffrey and I feel very loved…

(after the surgery was performed on 8/20/02, 3 and 1/2 more liters was removed from me and I needed an additional liter removed two days before we flew back home)
